of course it works! The problem was that my webmention form sets the target as the entire post and not some fragmention. Maybe that can be improved somehow. Also, since you have only one # I am not counting it as a marginalia in my display yet. Must fix that too…

@sorpeen have to agree with @kevinmarks much less fragile if your posting interface found a fragmention and inserted the quote-cite markup, like Twitter embeds.
