I’d already gone in there and found ways to remove sites from the list, but not add them. Am I missing something?

Yeah, you are right! There does not seem to be a way to add a website as an exception this way. I should have checked this before replying. cc: @firefox

No you aren’t. That’s not possible through our UI right now.
