Yeah, I’m not saying that atheists in general are more assholeish than other groups, but it seems like the assholes are woefully overrepresented in the most prominent ranks. I just find it frustrating.

(BTW, I am speaking as an atheist, but I’m not involved with any sort of larger movement. And this is part of the reason I never wanted to be involved.)

oh no, I meant to convey the opposite — that calling out/being disappointed in assholes should not allow them any concession of belonging to another category or group. Weirdly, this seems to be my Thursday topic of conversation cc: @mathematigal
